Pranalaya Yoga

We are a health and wellness hub founded in Baguio City since 2015.

We offer a variety of classes to fit your unique lifestyle and wellness goals. Our classes range from Yoga, to Aerial, and Pilates. So there is definitely a class for everybody and every BODY.

It is our intention to guide you through a wellness practice that will help you transform your life and achieve a calmer, balanced, and healthier YOU!

“Pranalaya” comes from the Sanskrit words, prana, meaning “life energy,” and laya, meaning “a place of calm.”

Wellness starts with YOU.

Our Values

  • We believe in energy exchange. We are attuned to holding space for everyone to recharge, heal, and connect to their better self.

  • No one is ever too old, too stiff, nor too late to practice yoga. You are always welcome to discover yoga and wellness without judgment nor doubt.

  • No need to get too serious with asanas (poses)! Explore movement with your teachers and peers, have fun, and just let it flow!

  • Come back to yourself, gather your energy, and find focus with our yoga classes.

  • Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit. The practice allows us to connect to our truest selves. With the absolute Self, it helps reveal the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect of oneself.

  • Booking is not strictly required. However, some classes do not push through when no students have signed up. It’s best to sign up for your preferred class in order to avoid inadvertently walking-in to a class that has been cancelled.

  • Absolutely! Give us a call at 0917 150 0576 to book your private class with us! :)

  • All classes are beginner-friendly except for Aerial Frequent Flyers Program, Aerial Play, and Intermediate Yoga Wheel.

    We recommend trying Kickstart Yoga for Beginners where you will learn the basics of various yoga poses.

  • Class passes are non-transferable.

  • We have parking available at the front of the Hub and in the basement parking just beside our building!

  • We encourage you to bring your own mat, however mats are available for rent or for purchase at the hub. You may leave your personal mats at the hub at your own risk. Pranalaya will not be liable for any loss or damage for personal items left unsecured at the hub.

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your class to give you enough time to settle in and prepare for class. You may bring your own yoga mat or rent one out at the studio. Wear comfortable workout clothes that are not too loose. For Hot Yoga classes, bring a towel and maybe and extra change of clothes because you will get sweaty! For aerial classes, make sure to wear a top with sleeves. For pilates classes, we recommend wearing non-skid socks for your workout.

    Drinking water is provided at the Hub, just bring your own water bottle.

  • Studio doors will be locked at exactly the start of the class. If you are running late, you may choose to join the next class or book another class.

    Please arrive for your class at least 15mins early to have enough time to register and set-up your mat.

  • Cancelling of classes must be done at least 8 hours before the class time, otherwise the class ticket shall be forfeited.
