Aerial FUNdamentals for Absolute Beginners

Aerial Frequent Flyer Program
This program is for beginners who have completed AT LEAST 5 Aerial FUNdamental classes and are ready to fly higher!
Flow and Restore
A mix of a Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. The first half is dedicated to a flow that focuses on movement, breath, and warming up. The second half of the class shifts into a slow-paced restorative yoga focusing on rest, stillness, and deep breathing.
Aerial Yoga
This program is for experienced beginners who would like to explore the fusion of traditional yoga poses practiced with the support of the aerial hammock.
Vinyasa Yoga
Explore movement and build heat with this progressive class. Build strength and stamina as you explore syncing movement with the breath.
Yoga Wheel
Explore the many ways you can integrate the Yoga Wheel in your yoga practice. Stretch, activate, and decompress your body with the help and support of this versatile prop.
Kickstart Yoga
Yoga for absolute beginners. Learn the basic terms and asanas (poses). Develop and strengthen your foundation for an advanced practice.
Inside Flow
A modern yoga style where you can experience a trance-like meditation as the class combines yoga, music, and choreography. It teaches graceful movement from one pose into another, creating sequence with intention.
Power Yoga
A full-body experience that focuses on strength-building by working on core, lower body, and upper body strength as you flow through Vinyasa Krama.
Yin Yoga
Stretch and move mindfully as you transition through a series of long-held postures. This class slow-paced and is open to practitioners of all levels and abilities.
Restorative Yoga
A slow-paced yoga focusing on rest, stillness, and deep breathing with the use of various yoga props to enhance the experience of support and restoration.
